1. Privacy & Security Policy
  • Data Collection & Retrieval: We at The Hockey Academy at Ralph Engelstad Arena take our customers' privacy very seriously and make every effort to ensure it is never compromised. Consequently, personal data collection is kept to an absolute minimum and is securely stored. The Hockey Academy at Ralph Engelstad Arena does, however, collect routine information on each visitor to the site. This information is limited to the visitor’s IP address, the browser type, and the referring domain. This information is no way associated with a particular account but rather is monitored collectively to help ensure the site meets our visitors performance needs. Similarly the Hockey Academy online store uses "cookies" to keep track of the products you place within the shopping cart. This function allows your cart to stay populated in the event you are forced to leave the site prematurely and wish to later return.

2. Refund & Return Policy
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the director of The Hockey Academy. The director of The Hockey Academy retains the right to evaluate all such requests on a case-by-case basis and the decision of the director of The Hockey Academy is final in all cases. No refunds or credits will be issued for voluntary withdrawals, no shows, or expulsions.
3. Shipping Method
  • All Hockey Academy apparel and merchandise is purchased and shipped by the Ralph Engelstad Arena Sioux Shop. Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout based on the current UPS charges for the weight, method and destination of your order. Shipping methods and costs are clearly shown at the point of checkout for your selection.
